Well, the end of the Old Oyster Factory gig is quickly coming. My last day there is Aug. 14th. There is a chance that during the off season they will have me back for a “Happy Hour” thing they have been doing for a couple of years that has worked out well so far. That would be great. I have enjoyed my time there. The staff is wonderful to me and very professional. The food is some of the best on the Island. If you have never eaten there you MUST try it.

It's been a great summer so far. This site hasn't seen too much traffic, but then again I'm not really promoting it and I don't have business cards....so how would anyone know about it. Anyway, I am having a blast at the Old Oyster Factory. I miss playing with South Wind, but I guess that is officially done. The people for whom I play at the OOF are great, very appreciative and really get into the music. Sure, I play Brown Eyed Girl and Margaritaville 12 times a night, but it is well worth it to see our visitors having such a great time...and they tip very well too when you play what they want to hear.

Well the new site is up and running. Hope y'all enjoy it. It should be a good summer. I don't want to jinx it, but it looks like I may have a 6 night a week gig through the summer season. I will post more when details are confirmed.
